Rope Crew

Our Rope Crew team members cut, customize, and ship rope for a variety of exciting fields such as: arborists for climbing and rigging trees, boating and marine applications, electrical contractors, search and rescue operations, industrial rigging and lifting, recreation, camping and more! Every order is a new problem to solve and fulfill to the customer's exact specifications. Our high-character, energetic team embodies our start-up-hustle vibe to complete all orders before the end of the day.

You have high character and work ethic and you like to move fast, lift, and solve problems. You like math and have good logical reasoning skills and would like to find a mentally engaging hand-on role that allows you to make decisions and stay active. You’d also like to join a team where growth is valued and there are plenty of opportunities for you to achieve and earn more.

Your goal is to get customer orders right and ship them the same day. This takes a balance of effort, attention to detail, problem-solving, and personal responsibility to be able to customize the rope to each customer’s needs and ensure you are able to prioritize and ship the orders based on several different carrier-pick up deadlines throughout the day.

The variety of daily orders and the challenge of prioritization to meet carrier pick-up times makes this role a great fit for someone who is mentally sharp, likes to keep moving, and turn their work into a personal mission to figure out the best way to beat the clock each day in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Additional skill stacking opportunities like forklift certification, splicing certification, customer service, inventory management and purchasing, and more

• Helping to build and develop subsequent operations and business expansion

$18-$35+ depending on skills, responsibilities and productivity. We have a merit-based pay structure that provides transparency for growth and progressively rewards high character, performance, and skill mastery. This structure allows highly motivated, action-oriented people to achieve growth, in the form of wage increases and roles, at an accelerated pace.
